FAQ

Written for estimators.

Straight answers to what estimators ask us most.

How is volumetric different from ready-mix?

The truck carries sand, stone, cement, water and admixtures in separate bins and mixes at the pour. Each truck carries up to 10 cubic yards of material. You pay for what you use, with no drum clock on the load.

Which standards do your mixes meet?

Mixes are designed in house to ACI 211 and ACI 304 and tested by an independent DFW lab every week.

Do I get batch tickets?

Yes. Every load gets a printed ticket with mix design, volume, water-cement ratio and discharge time. Digital copies follow within 24 hours.

Can you test on site?

Slump, air and temperature on site. Cylinders are broken by a third-party lab at 7 and 28 days.

Can I use my own mix design?

Yes. Lease the truck dry or with one of our operators, from $185 per hour, 4-hour minimum.

Do you place or finish?

No. We supply the mix and run the truck. Your crew places and finishes.
