Crew watching a pour over a duct bank

Home / How we work

One process.

Survey. Excavate. Install. Backfill. Restore.

GRADE 0′

Same sequence either way

The buyer doesn't change the process.

Electrical contractors and general contractors get the same crew and the same work. One price. Scope locks before we start. Mechanical contractors too.

  1. 01

    Survey and lock scope

Walk the site. Agree the scope before we mobilize.

  2. 02

    Excavate to restore

Excavate, install, backfill, restore. One crew.

  3. 03

    Mix at the pour

Specialty mix supplied to spec when the pour is ready. Your crew places.

  4. 04

    One invoice

No second process for a different buyer.

Before step 1: NDA when needed, then drawings, then quote (9/21 meeting).

What sets us apart

What sets us apart.

01

All-inclusive bidding

Pricing is the scope. No change orders unless the scope changes.

02

Precision where it matters

Non-destructive excavation near existing infrastructure. Mix to the spec on the ticket.

03

The same crew either way

Data centers, water treatment, commercial builds.

Next step

Same crew. Same sequence.

Electrical contractors and general contractors get the same team and the same process. Send the scope and we'll take it from there.
